Information we use
We collect the contact details you provide, booking and payment information, account details where applicable, messages to our team, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service. Please provide only information necessary for your request.
Bookings and transactional email
We use your information to respond to inquiries, manage reservations, confirm payments, send booking changes and reminders, and provide account or security messages you request. Supplying an email for a booking does not subscribe you to promotional campaigns.
Service providers and venue access
Our hosting, booking, email and payment service providers process information needed to deliver these services. Venue staff can access information relevant to their bookings. Email delivery may use Amazon Web Services or Resend. These providers may process data outside the Philippines. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and protection
We keep information for the time needed to provide the service, handle disputes, prevent abuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access is limited to authorized staff and service providers. Delivery-failure and complaint records may be retained to prevent unwanted repeat messages.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or raise concerns about a message, using the contact below. Some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual purposes. Essential messages about an active booking or account are distinct from optional marketing. Any future marketing subscription will require a separate choice and an unsubscribe method.
